their field. Most of our senior staff
members have at least 5 to 10 years of
experience in their respective fields of
specialization.
SIS invests heavily in training and
re-training of staff members. On a
regularly scheduled basis, employees
undergo on-the-job and formal products
training, quality improvement
techniques, computerization, management
skills, supervisory, customer support
service and management skills, in
addition to other specialized work
structures.
